As the account holder, you are the only person that is permitted to use your FiestaBet account. This means you are not permitted to have any third-party activity on your account whether it be placing bets, depositing funds, or withdrawing funds.

If FiestaBet detects third party payments on an account, FiestaBet reserves the right to suspend the account and may request confirmation of permitted use from that third party.

FiestaBet puts these measures in place to ensure the safety and security of customers’ accounts in order to prevent any fraud and ensure customers are over 18 years old. 

If third-party transactions are successfully identified, FiestaBet reserves the right to remedy the situation at its absolute discretion.
